What Carbs to Eat to Melt Fat

With all the hype regarding low carb, no carb diets you may be confused as to which carbohydrates are OK and which to avoid.
So how do you develop a low carb diet menu that helps your body burn fat?
Thats just it...you don't need to.
First let's just say all carbs are not created equal and knowing which ones are healthy will be critical to your success burning fat and losing weight.
Bear with me...
there's a complete source of good carb choices at the end of the article but for know lets go over why choosing "good carbs" that's important... not a "low carb diet" that is critical to weight loss.
Eating the Wrong Carbs Equal Fat Storage
Eating the wrong foods will actually keep your body in fat storage mode. For example...eating cakes, bread made from white flour, chips and sugary cereal spikes your blood sugar, which causes your body to generate insulin which in turn signals your body to store fat. Eventually you start feeling fatigued and hungry again...and guess what? You keep repeating the same cycle by eating the wrong foods to ward off hunger pangs adding layers of fat around your belly.
So what can you do?
Choose Complex Carbohydrates
The good news is there are plenty of great options when it comes to good starches. The benefit of consuming lots of complex carbohydrates is they help you control appetite, because they keep your blood sugar from spiking.
Eating these will help your body stay in fat burn mode all the time...remember...good carbs = fat burn versus bad carbs = fat storage.
Try These...
Why not try whole wheat pastas, sweet potato, oats, Barley, Bulgur, Buckwheat (kasha) Couscous, Kidney Beans dry, Lentils, Black-eyed peas, Chick-peas Kidney beans, Lima beans, Peas, Sweet Potato, Yam Most Vegetables or fruits. These foods keep blood sugar from spiking, control appetite and give you energy.
Keep This in Mind...
Losing weight has little to do with a Low Carb Diet Menu. Your primary goal is to eat foods that keep your body in fat burning mode by eating lean proteins, good fats and complex carbohydrates. You'll be absolutely amazed at how much fat you can burn using this concept, without any workout plan.
